On 14-18.2024, the Department of Disaster Medicine and Emergency Care of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow actively participated in “The 75th International Astronautical Congress (IAC)” in Milan. Ms. Agnieszka Elwertowska presented the results of research on the use of the Mobile Medical Module (MMM) to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation in microgravity. The presented results summarize the first stage of research conducted in 2019-2024. The research was conducted in simulated conditions in a neutral buoyancy environment. The next step is to present the results at the NASA Space Center in Florida.
