On October 24-25, 2024, a team of employees of the Department of Disaster Medicine and Emergency Care at the Jagiellonian University Medical College (Zero-G Medical Team) went on a study visit to the John F. Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize themselves with the structures of currently used and future vehicles and space stations in which the Mobile Medical Module (MMM) could be used. The visit allowed them to gain valuable information on the possibilities of using the space inside vehicles and space stations to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation and advanced life-saving procedures in microgravity conditions.
