On February 18, 2023, seminar classes were held at the Department of Disaster Medicine and Emergency Assistance for students of postgraduate studies in “Extreme Medicine and Travel Medicine”, implemented at UJCM. The subject of the classes were selected issues in disaster medicine. During the classes, special attention was paid to mass and CBRNE threats. Specialized rescue equipment, personal protective equipment and measuring instruments were presented. The issues of organizing medical aid at the site of a CBRNE incident, conducting “dirty transport”, organization of hospital work in a situation of a mass influx of victims and contaminated with CBRNE agents were discussed in detail.
