The CBRNe Science and Consequence Management World Congress (CSCM) took place on October 23-27, 2023 in Dubrovnik/Cavtat (Croatia). Over 200 high-ranking scientists and specialists in the fields of medicine, toxicology and biochemical sciences took part in the CSCM. , physics and biotechnology, as well as representatives of the military and decision-making communities from nearly 30 countries involved in the project to prevent the dissemination of knowledge and technology regarding weapons of mass destruction.
During the congress, the CBRNEmedicine Team from the Department of Disaster Medicine and Emergency Aid at the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicim presented its experience gained during tests of CBRNe procedures and medical staff training in 2021-2023. The topic of the speech was: Specialist CBRNe Medicine Training for medical personnel – Polish experience.
We are very pleased that the Department of Disaster Medicine and Emergency Aid at the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicim is already recognized in the international community of CBRNE specialists as a significant research and training center for medical personnel in the field of CBRNE medicine.
